Program Details:
Ages: 14-18
Practices: One 2-Hour Practice Per Week
Competition: 3 Local Tournaments

The Regional Team program is designed for players seeking a positive volleyball experience with a more manageable schedule. The program focuses on skill development, team systems, and preparing athletes for local competition while continuing to build confidence and experience in the sport.

Practice Schedule:
Regional Teams practice Sundays throughout the club season, with each two-hour training session focused on technical development, gameplay concepts, and team systems.

Tournaments:
Teams compete in approximately 3 local tournaments throughout the season against teams from the region.
